Mindful cooking: how to practice mindfulness in the kitchen
Earlier in my life, I never enjoyed cooking very much. At that time, I’d not yet embraced mindfulness. I didn’t know how to do it. I was so focused on following a recipe and the pressure of preparing a meal that I lost track of the best part--being creative with food and enjoying eating it!
