Educator Wellness Classes
Early childhood educators face unique challenges that demand both physical and emotional resilience. Our comprehensive 90-minute sessions, designed for professional development days or staff meetings, provide educators with the tools to not only teach social-emotional skills but to embody them.
Each session flows through eight essential components:
- Settle in: Ground through centering practices that connect you to the present moment
- Breath Awareness: Harness the power of breathing to reduce stress and increase presence
- Mindful Movement: Strengthen the mind-body connection through gentle yoga practices
- Community Connection: Build supportive relationships through meaningful partner and group work
- Focus: Sharpen mental clarity through guided visualizations and mindfulness techniques
- Creative Expression: Tap into creative potential through reflection and dialogue
- Relaxation: Restore energy through purposeful rest and rejuvenation
- Closing: Integrate experiences through intentional completion
This comprehensive approach helps educators develop the personal tools needed to model social-emotional skills effectively while maintaining their own well-being.
"It was very useful! I learned some great calming strategies to use for myself and in the classroom."
— Educator Wellness Participant, Golden

Toddlers and Preschoolers
In these engaging 20-25 minute sessions, held weekly or twice monthly, children 2-5 years embark on a journey of self-discovery through mindful movement and breathing techniques. We explore monthly themes such as gratitude, compassion, and collaboration to teach social and emotional life skills at an age-appropriate level, and have fun using props such as stuffed animals, puppets, and books. The student programs are much more than just yoga.

Children’s classes can take place right in their classroom or in an open activity room within your school. The best times are 9-11 am when most students have arrived and are eager to learn. Our classes help young children:
- Develop strong, flexible bodies
- Cultivate emotional awareness
- Build focus and concentration
- Master self-regulation skills
- Practice social skills
- Form meaningful friendships
"Owen loves doing yoga with you. He proudly demonstrates poses and uses breathing to calm down when upset. Thank You!"
— Amber B., Preschool Parent
