I love this story about how one elementary school is seeing positive results from their mindfulness practices. And I especially love that NPR sees this as newsworthy--thank you NPR!!
I love this article from Breathe for Change about how effective communication skills can improve our mental health. This is an area I've been working on for awhile now, and I definitely agree.
I love the part about the Sacred. Yoga and mindfulness are NOT a religion. But they DO promote and support the values of kindness, compassion, ethics, and integrity. I like the way they describe this distinction.
