Nature’s sounds are powerful - even if you’re tuning in virtually
This was a good reminder as we head into colder winter months that make outdoor activities more challenging, there are other ways we can still get those benefits of being outdoors. One of many reasons why I like using my singing bowl in every Learning the Calm class.
