Best Practices for Bilateral Stimulation with Children
I knew that cross lateral movements (found often in yoga) that work both the left and right sides of our brains simultaneously help children develop gross motor as well as reading and writing skills. It's good to know this can also help with regulation, especially for kids with trauma.
