I love this article from Edutopia! We've done some of these things in Learning the Calm already, but now I really want to try the mood meter and blowing games.

This is how I felt working as an Early Childhood Educator in those first few months of Covid--run ragged!! Breathe for Change showed me how to invest in myself, so that I can be my best self for my students. Make yourself a priority, your kids and you deserve it!
