How can you cultivate compassion and self-care through mindfulness after trauma?

These are great suggestions for everyone, because we've all lived through some sort of trauma--remember COVID?? One of my favorite and most successful ways of stepping into a more mindful place is by taking a walk. It automatically makes me more aware of and grateful for my current surroundings, as well as nourish my body and soul. How do you cultivate compassion and self-care through Mindfulness?
