I love this blog from CASEL about how SEL can build strong communities rooted in Non-Violence. This is also a theme shared by famed psychologist Marshall Rosenberg, the creator of the 4-step communication and conflict resolution tool called Non-Violent Communication, or NVC. I love using SEL and NVC in both my children's (we call it Peace Process when using it with young children) and educator classes.
